Lyn is quick to act on her instincts rather than obediently and idly waiting around for something to happen. Regardless of how small she is/ will stay/, she sees herself as a larger dog that can and will do anything, despite her love for the frilly and ribbons //cries if she ruins something pretty//.

History:
Lyn was the adopted puppy of a young couple- a One Year Anniversary present from the male- when she was 4 months. The life was simple and affectionate, cuddling in between two laps as she easily fit into the small palms of the female as they treated her as if she were a "practice child" (showering her with a little bed, treats and stuffed animals easily twice her own size). But one fight led to another, they began accusing each other of having different mates and the cuddle-time became less and less, until both humans were utterly ignoring the puppy as both moved angrily throughout the apartment. Rather than bouncing around the way she did when they were first a family, Lyn would often be found in the back corner where her little bed was, keeping her stuffed animals close and growling at either human should they come over and try to pick her up.

One night, while the tiny apartment was still asleep at the early hours of the new day, Lyn woke up to find the female standing in the doorway struggling to put on her shoes while attempting a balancing act with a huge bag in her hands. Lyn barked once at the peculiar scene only to watch as her owner panicked, turning to the puppy and keeping the little one at bay with a neglected bag of treats as if to buy her silence. The little puppy thought nothing more of the situation and crawled back into bed with her friends and a full stomach, thoughts on the chance that they would actually make up now and start paying attention to her more.

Later that morning she woke up to the sound of something breaking and ran to the master bedroom to see if the male was okay and didn't smash his head through the looking glass, running into a scene where the male was sitting hunched on the bed, the closet wide open and a picture of the female shattered on the carpet. It wouldn't have broken that easily if it fell, right? Lyn barked at the male and when he looked at her, his eyes narrowed. Before she knew it, she was out on the catwalk of the apartment complex in the beginning of winter. For two days she stayed by the front door, barking and howling to be let back in until on of the neighbors complained about a ruckus and not being able to sleep. The landlord came to check out what the disturbance was and saw the small dog, but at his attempt to catch her she ran from the person who wasn't her human and down a flight of stairs.

For the next week she'd been wandering around the apartment complex in anticipation of seeing either the male or female, only to meet ends with disappointment. In desperation of food, she'd been scouring around the trash of the city to catch a bite, paranoid of the birds flying above mistaking her for a rat or other rodent. Her fur became a gross kind of mangy and greasy., moving from building to building until another two months later, she found herself back at the complex where she was adopted into. Going back to that place and expecting that male to still be there was nothing more than a childish farce, being met with a vacant home and a lonely welcome. A pair of hands quickly picked the small dog up. She didn't even hear him behind her- but the landlord of the buildings managed to get his hands on the young dog and was even nice enough to send her to the groomers.

When they sent the puppy back to him (being the unfortunate soul allergic to animal fur), he was forced to give the small dog to the local shelter where she currently resides.
